Menya Japanese Noodle

Ambiance: Simple and Clean

Seating/Wait time: Don't expect to eat late night, this place is not that busy even during peak hours.  It's a small restaurant and if you have to wait it won't be for that long.

Dress Code: No shoes, no shirt, no service!

Crowd: Everybody

Meal:
Nagahama Ramen
Authentic Tonkotsu Ramen, Pork bone soup with Menya special soy sauce seasoning
 $6.75

Ramen Set additional
$3.40 (don't understand the 0.40 cents, but whatever)

Personal Remarks:  Oishii, Oishii, Oishii! It's not a huge bowl of ramen like some other places, the portion size is fair.

If you're savage hungry, this is not the place for you.  I over heard patrons saying they don't feel full after eating the noodles and noticed they didn't drink the soup after eating the noodles.

Traditionally, you are supposed to eat the noodles and drink the soup to fill you up.  The flavor and differences of each ramen restaurant is the soup base. They could be a bit more generous with the extras like veggies, egg, and well everything.

The ramen set with the gyoza is not worth the extra dollars.

Just come here for the noodles.  The ramen set was disappointing.  The price point for the noodles is definitely worth the return trips.  Come on, you pay the same price for a McDonalds meal nowadays and this won't make you sit on the toilet 2 hours later!

Value: 5/5 Overall: 4/5
